The Role:
As an integral part of Germaxco’s sales department, the Sales Support Executive is expected to be proactive and resourceful in gaining and retaining new customers in the fast-paced, logistics industry.

Main Responsibilities:
– Follow up on sales leads and prospects, targeting to acquire these leads as new customers
– Maintaining good rapport and relationship with existing and potential customers to build a business development pipeline.
– Assist in sales-related tasks, such as scheduling appointments and meetings for Business Development team
– Assist in sales order processing such as handling quotations, rate sourcing and management
– Assist and support the Business Development team to run logistics promotions in emailers and trade shows if required
– Monitor ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable when the need arises
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field qualification
– Good english proficiency (written and spoken)
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Freight Forwarding, results-driven and proactive
– Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to prioritise and organise work tasks
