The Role:
As an integral part of Germaxco’s sales department, Business Development Executive is expected to be proactive and resourceful in gaining and retaining new customers in the fast-paced, logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
– Identify sales prospects and build business development pipeline by hunting potential business opportunities locally and globally.
– Create sales promotion and campaigns for Airfreight, Ocean freight and other Logistic Services and perform daily telemarketing.
– Handle freight negotiation for import/export/FCL/LCL/Local distribution and vendor management
– Responsible for P&L and follow up on accounts receivables
– Maintain and enhance customer SOP to ensure smooth business transactions
– Support in escalation of operational service issues between inter-teams
– Aim and achieve revenue and gross profit targets for sales division
– Keep abreast of industry changes with market study
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma qualification
– High English proficiency (written and spoken)
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
– Candidate must be result-driven with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
