The Role:
As an integral part of Germaxco’s sales department, Indoor Sales Executive is expected to be proactive and resourceful in gaining and retaining new customers in the fast-paced, logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
– Identify sales prospects, with the aim of building business opportunities to expand customer base
– Daily telemarketing and customer relationship management
– Handle freight negotiation for import/export/FCL/LCL/Local distribution and vendor management
– Follow up on accounts receivables
– Aim and achieve revenue and gross profit targets for sales division
– Keep abreast of industry changes with market study

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma qualification
– High English proficiency (written and spoken)
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
– Candidate must be result-driven with strong interpersonal and negotiation
skills
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
