The Role:
Germaxco supports businesses and trade through global air, sea freight, land transportation, and supply chain management. As one of Singapore’s reputable multi-disciplinary logistics providers, our commitment stands firm in meeting our customers’ logistics and supply chain needs. Our warehouse team supports a key role in our operations for cargo movement and handling. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team and manage our operations at our warehouse locations in Singapore.
The warehouse manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring that the team understands and fulfils customers’ total needs. An effective warehouse manager should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and daily warehouse operations are running smoothly and promptly.

Main Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage and oversee daily warehouse activities including service quality assurance, inventory & space management, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Review, analyse, and develop movement and operational plans for productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations
• Accountable for the P&L performance for the overall warehouse operations including, but not limited to, monitoring of warehouse budget control and allocation of resources
• Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse inventory and activities, and update records to track warehouse operations flow and fulfillment of job
• Ensure effective communication within the team as well as with business partners and delivery drives to ensure efficient movement of cargo • Plan and provide on-the-job training to warehouse personnel to ensure optimal work performance and productivity
• Receive feedback from customers and other business partners, monitor the quality of services provided, and propose improvements in the workflow to achieve or exceed service standards • Ensure regular maintenance and safe use of warehouse tools, equipment, vehicles, and machineries
• Maintain standards of health, safety, and security in the warehouse

Job Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma Education
– At least 5 years of working experience in warehouse management
– Possess forklift license
– Physically Fit
– English proficient and IT literate (MS words, MS Excel, WMS, etc)
– Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– People management skills, including ability to inspire, lead and motivate
